Shipping policy

Each delivery area has a corresponding shipping rate. If you reach the minimum spend, the applicable Shipping Discount will be deducted from the Shipping Fee. All additional shipping charges for any reason of any kind are the responsibility of the buyer.If an item is returned to our store by the carrier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order.

If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident  via email at publiceatery@tasteless.ph and provide the order number for resolution.
